2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address (our Kansas warehouse)
  • Special instructions if needed

3. Package & Ship Your Return

Securely pack items in original packaging (like you’d protect your favorite fly rod) and include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your invoice
  • RMA number clearly visible on package

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

4. Processing Your Return

Once received at our warehouse:

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will go back to your original payment method

Deductions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):
