- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for larger orders when you can wait a bit longer

Returns & Exchanges

- Return shipping address (our Kansas warehouse)

Securely pack items in original packaging (like you’d protect your favorite fly rod) and include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your invoice
- RMA number clearly visible on package
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items

- Terminal Tackle: Used hooks, leaders, or tippets
- Personalized Gear: Custom-engraved reels or rods
- Clearance Items: Marked “final sale” at purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):

For customers outside the U.S.:
